เอกสารฉบับนี้เป็นสัญญาที่มีข้อผูกมัดทางกฏหมายระหว่างผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน กับ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ฟินันเซีย ไซรัส จำกัด (มหาชน) ดังนั้น ก่อนที่ผู้ใช้จะเข้าใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade นั้น ผู้ใช้ต้องอ่านและยอมรับเงื่อนไขต่างๆทั้งหมดภายในเอกสารฉบับนี้ ถ้าหากผู้ใช้ไม่ยอมรับเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดในเอกสารฉบับนี้ ทางบริษัทจะถือว่าผู้ใช้ไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade
ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขในการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade
- เอกสารฉบับนี้เป็นสัญญาข้อตกลงระหว่างผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade กับ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ฟินันเซีย ไซรัส จำกัด (มหาชน) ซึ่งครอบคลุมถึงข้อตกลงในการใช้งาน ข้อมูล ที่อยู่ในแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade ด้วย โดยทั้งแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade และข้อมูลที่อยู่ในแอปพลิเคชัน ถือว่าเป็นการให้ บริการ ของบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ฟินันเซีย ไซรัส จำกัด (มหาชน) ที่มีต่อผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade
- การที่ผู้ใช้ ได้เข้าใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade บริษัทหลักทรัพย์จะถือว่าผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันได้อ่าน, มีความเข้าใจ และยอมรับเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ทั้งหมดภายในเอกสารฉบับนี้แล้ว
- บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ฟินัน ไซรัส จำกัด (มหาชน) ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade สำหรับลูกค้าที่เปิดบัญชีกับบริษัทเท่านั้น อย่างไรก็ดี บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ฟินัน ไซรัส จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้จัดทำระบบทดลองการซื้อ-ขาย ในแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade สำหรับผู้ที่สนใจอยากลองใช้แอปพลิเคชัน โดยระบบทดลองการซื้อ-ขายนี้ ข้อมูลและการส่งคำสั่งซื้อ-ขาย ทั้งหมดจะเกิดขึ้นในระบบทดลองเท่านั้น
- ผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade จะต้องเก็บรักษารหัสประจำตัว (Username) และรหัสผ่าน (Password) รวมทั้งรหัส Pincode ของตนเองไว้เป็นความลับ การเข้าใช้งานหรือการทำรายการใดๆ อันเกิดมาจากการเข้าสู่ระบบ (Login) ด้วยรหัสประจำตัว และรหัสผ่านของผู้ใช้งานในแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade ให้ถือว่าการกระทำดังกล่าวถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ และเป็นการกระทำของผู้ใช้งานเอง หากเกิดความเสียหาย ไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุใดก็ตาม ผู้ใช้งานจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการกระทำดังกล่าวทุกประการ
- ข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่อยู่ในแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade อาทิ เช่น ราคา, กราฟ, ฟังก์ชัน, ข้อมูลจากฝ่ายวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์, คำแนะนำ, ความคิดเห็น และอื่น ๆ ซึ่งถือว่าเป็นการ บริการ ในแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade ถูกจัดสรรมาเพื่อเป็นข้อมูลทั่วไปเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่เป็นข้อมูลที่เจาะจงให้ผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน ใช้ทำการซื้อหรือขายหลักทรัพย์
- เนื้อหาที่แสดงบนแอปพลิเคชันนี้ถูกนำเสนอตามสภาพที่ได้รับ (as is basis) โดยบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ฟินันเซีย ไซรัส จำกัด (มหาชน) จะไม่รับประกันความถูกต้อง, ความน่าเชื่อถือ และความครบถ้วนของข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่อยู่ในแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade เช่นเดียวกับประสิทธิภาพ และความสามารถของแอปพลิเคชัน
- ผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อทุกการกระทำของตัวผู้ใช้เอง หลังจากวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลที่ได้จากตัวแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade แล้ว โดยบริษัทหลักทรัพย์ฟินันเซีย ไซรัส จำกัด (มหาชน) จะไม่รับผิดชอบในความเสียหาย ทั้งโดยตรงหรือโดยทางอ้อมทั้งหมดซึ่งเกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันFINANSIA iTrade
- บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ฟินันเซีย ไซรัส จำกัด (มหาชน) ขอสงวนสิทธ์ในการใช้ ข้อมูล, โฆษณา, ลิงค์ ทั้งหมดที่อยู่ในแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade สำหรับใช้ในส่วนบุคคลเท่านั้น โดยที่ทางผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันไม่สามารถนำใช้ ข้อมูล, โฆษณา, ลิงค์ ทั้งหมดที่อยู่ในแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTradeมาใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ได้
- บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ฟินันเซีย ไซรัส จำกัด (มหาชน) มีสิทธิ์ในการ ปรับ, แก้, เพิ่ม และลดข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขในการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน FINANSIA iTrade รวมถึงการตัดสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งานของผู้ใช้งานนี้ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งผู้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันล่วงหน้า และเมื่อผู้ใช้งานได้เข้าใช้แอปพลิเคชันนี้ภายหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวแล้ว ย่อมถือว่าผู้ใช้งานตกลงยอมรับข้อตกลง และเงื่อนไขการใช้ทั้งหมดตามที่ได้เปลี่ยนแปลงแล้ว

BY INSTALLING, SIGNING IN AND USING THIS APPLICATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS OF USE, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY AND COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS OF USE. DO NOT INSTALL, SIGN IN AND USE THIS APPLICATION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE.
Terms of Use
- These terms of use constitute an agreement between you and Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited (FSS) and govern your use of this trading application FINANSIA iTrade (the "Application") and the information provided in the application.
- By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood all of these terms of use and agree to be bound by them. You agree to fully and strictly comply with all of these terms of use in order to become or remain an authorized user of the Service.
- The Service (FINANSIA iTrade application) provided by FSS is preserved for the use of the customers having securities trading accounts with FSS. However, Finansia Syrus Securities Public Company Limited also provides the mock trading function for anyone who is interested in using FINANSIA iTrade application and please be informed that all of market information and transactions will occur in trading environment only.
- You must keep your username, password and pincode in a secured place for the safety of your account. FSS will considered any login occurred by the corrected username and password as completed. In no event shall FSS and/or its staff be responsible for any losses and damages, whether directly or indirectly, if the login is considered to be success.
- All information provided by FSS on FINANSIA iTrade Application, including but not limited to prices, data, charts, features, functions, research materials, opinions, advice, recommendations, scanned stock results and other contents (the "Information"), is published for general information only. The Information should not be construed as an offer, or a solicitation of an offer, to buy or sell any securities.
- The Information is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation, promise or warranty of any kind. You shall be responsible for any actions which you take based on the Information on this Application at your own risk. In no event shall FSS warrant the correctness, accuracy, reliability and completeness of the Information on this Application, nor guarantee the performance, reliability and standard of the Service provided by FINANSIA iTrade Application.
- In no event shall FSS and/or its staff be responsible for any losses and damages, whether directly or indirectly, resulting from the use of the Service and the Application, including mechanical breakdown. You agree to be responsible for evaluating the Information available on the application on your own.
- The Information, content or advertisements (the "Materials") contained on, distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the services contained on this Application are provided on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. Each customer or permitted person shall use the Service only for personal use. Any actions considered to exploit Materials in the Application for commercial purpose by such customer or permitted person are strictly prohibited.
- FSS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, remove or update any of these terms of use at any time and, to terminate this Service and your access to the Application, without prior notice
